3 STRIKES NO-SHOW POLICY:
​No-shows are charged 100% of your appointment service amount, billed to your credit card. Missed appointments are hard on the stylist and leave other guests waiting. Our policies, including our 24 hour cancellation period gives us the opportunity to fill missed appointments and offer services to other clients. If you have to cancel within this period, please let us know as soon as possible.
 After 3 NO-SHOWS we will no longer schedule future appointments. 


24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY:

Your appointments are very important to The Wild Hair Salon. It is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. If not, your card on file will be charged full price on all services besides chemical services. Chemical services will be charged 50% of the cost of the service being performed. All charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.
